Nothin' Says Lovin' Like A Good Cookie!

Growing up I have always loved baking for those that I love. So, why not apply this to my pups?!? I found a great recipe and just in the nick of time for Valentines Day! These are great...well, at least my two didn't complain. Although, my two are such food hounds, I'm not sure they would. hehe! So, I wanted to share the recipe with all of you:

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour, 1.25 cups shredded cheddar cheese, .25 cups of vegetable oil, a dash of garlic powder, water
DIRECTIONS: mix all ingredients together, except the water, in your food processor until it resembles a coarse corn meal. Add water slowly until it forms a ball of dough. ( I always pour and then wait a lil' while for the ball to form, so you don't end up with mushy dough). Use a rolling pin to roll out your dough to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into any shape, using a cookie cutter. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 mins. Depending on the shape. Then I just sprinkled a bit of extra cheddar cheese ontop of the cookies for looks.

Hope your pups enjoy these as much as mine did. And Happy Valentines Day to you and yours!
